From Scattered Ideas to a Focused Research Plan
I help researchers clarify their direction, align their projects, and build humane, realistic roadmaps that respect their energy, time, and constraints.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You say yes to things because you feel you should, not because they fit into a bigger plan
You struggle to confidently decide what to pursue and what to decline
Your research ideas feel scattered, and your attention is constantly splintered
You’re juggling competing priorities and chasing funding or collaborations without a clear strategy
You don’t have a coherent vision for where your lab or research program is headed in the next 1–3 years
You feel busy all the time, but not necessarily strategic
You worry that this pace isn’t sustainable and want help creating a more intentional plan
If any of this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll move from reactive decision-making to a clear, strategic research direction.
